What is a consultation?
Our clients are significant and you will feel that way from the moment you call. We offer the convenience of a complimentary in-home consultation by Candace Ann. If you prefer an in-studio consultation, we can provide that as well. We will interpret and offer creative solutions for your living space while leaving you with clear direction and suggestions for clothing by providing a color swatch based on your distinctive style. This doesn’t take long, only about ten minutes. We offer this service so when your session day comes, we will have a plan. Thus, all will go smoothly – which means less stress for you.
What kind of investment do most people make?
Our session fees range from $125 to $225, depending on the kind of session you choose. We love the spontaneity and organic feel of our outdoor sessions. If you prefer the polished look of a studio portrait, we have numerous design settings that will inspire you. I’m so excited! When do I get to see my images?
You will get to experience your images in our theatre five to seven days after your session. We will help you with all of your important decisions on images and products that we have custom designed for YOU. The BEST part of our customer service is our virtual reality theatre. This allows you to see your finished images superimposed on our screen of your wall to aid you in visualizing the finished product in your home. We embrace state of the art technology to make your decision easier.
Can I bring my kids to the theatre presentation (investment session)?
We love your children but we want this to be a good experience for you and them. Having them sit quietly while you make investment decisions is never fun for any child. Remember, our focus is to always have it fun for the children.
I can’t wait! When do I get to bring everything home?
We do almost all of our printing in-house, which gives you the best custom and quality output and gives faster turn around times. You can usually expect a call from us within 15-20 days after your order has been placed and paid in full.
